Stating the obvious here but...spam folder? And definitely the right email address? Not suggesting you're stupid at all but every so often people forget the basics

Re: A path for Modern Greek?
I recommend against using the FSI course because it uses the old orthography with all the old accent marks - you don't need them and they will just confuse you.

Yes, captain Maybe they have something against Gmail because the two accounts I used were from there. And the reason I tried a second account was that the first one isn't accepted anymore for a new registration as it's already taken...yet no confirmation email and no place where to login to (I've checked all folders at both accounts btw).

Thanks, I'm aware of that. FSI usually isn't my cup of tea, anyway.

I don't know if you ever got the email, but I had to write to their technical support techsupport11@odysseasproject.com before I got a reply.

Re: A path for Modern Greek?
This is one of two discussion threads which contain extensive discussions of Modern Greek resources. For the purposes of continuity, and for the benefit of those members who share an interest in this language, I thought that it might be useful to append the LINK to a recent discussion of the FSI Basic Greek course and, by extension, the DLI Basic Greek course. I have copied/pasted this same comment to the other major discussion thread that deals with this language.

As this post is merely a filing activity, in my view, it does not merit any particular recognition. So then, please hold your applause ... seriously!

Re: A path for Modern Greek?
Hi, picking up on this three years later! Could you perhaps tell us what you found most helpful in your progress to fluency?
Thanks.
Thanks.
