After months of development, our tech team has finally released our new app. Per your suggestions, we have completely redesigned the reading tool. I think you will like it!
Since it is new, would you mind checking it out and giving us feedback? We will work on any changes as quickly as possible. You can download it from the app store (Language Crush).

Thanks for this. I haven't had time to do extensive testing, but it's still enough to say that this is a huge improvement - much, much more practical for small screens, and just smoother and more functional in general.
Will aim to do some reading this evening!

Re: Input requested for new Language Crush Mobile App
Can confirm it's way better - the previous app had way too much lag and was practically unusable in my device. The current version is fantastic.
Nothing strange to report, but "Dashboard" opens up an embedded browser and redirects me to the web version of the homepage somehow. I don't know if it's intended.

Yes, it's intended. The previous version was entirely an embedded browser. In this new version, the reading tool only is a native app (to save development time and cost).

Re: Input requested for new Language Crush Mobile App
Fantastic app, best of its kind I've seen.
More feedback:
'I know all remaining peach words' button doesn't do anything
There doesn't seem to be any kind of sync between tagged words (known/learning/etc.) in the mobile app and the set of words to study in the web app
Sometimes double tapping to select a whole sentence is awkward and doesn't work. Huge kudos for making it work most of the time though
The text doesn't quite fit in my screen and I have to scroll a bit down to get to the true bottom of a page - a minor inconvenience I admit. More awkwardly, tapping a word at the bottom to look it up makes a window pop up at the same place and hinders further reading (or lookups)
'Difficulty level' sorting is screwy and erratic - I guess that's no fault of yours but it may not be worth maintaining

Thanks for the compliment!
'I know all remaining peach words' should be working now - can you check to make sure that you have the latest version?
Can you you give me example of the sync issue? If make a word green on desktop, then log into mobile, the word is green there.
To select a phrase, click+drag, not double tap.
Regarding the text not fitting, what is your os/device?
Good point about selecting a word on the bottom. Ticket written.

Re: Input requested for new Language Crush Mobile App
Appreciate the responsiveness!
Just updated and it looks like it works.
The error was mine, I forgot to filter words according to language and status, seems to work.
I should have specified - I'm using Android 10. No issues on the desktop web version.

Ah, I just saw an example of this too. It appears to be passage dependent. Ticket written.
