The following website has many publications from the Viking Society for Northern Research available in pdf format, including many Old Norse texts, and A New Introductions to Old Norse. This site is linked from the societies main page, so it's legit.

Here are two Old Norse-English Dictionaries:

Zoëga A Concise Dictionary of Old Icelandic

An Icelandic-English Dictionary by Richard Cleasby and Gudbrand Vigfusson originally published in 1874. You can also download it from the Internet Archive Old Icelandic Dictionary. It is also available at the Universität Wien site given above.

Here is a useful general page still kept current about Old Norse studies: Ravensgard's Viking Age Page

Edited one time to refer to Universität Wien.
