I must mention the excellent:

http://kullnom.ch/Kullnom_Verlag/Mongolian_Grammar.html

For those of you who like example sentences, it has thousands, with English translation and both the traditional and Cyrillic script (you turn the book sideways for the traditional).

It's very expensive from US sellers for some reason, but you can find it reasonably priced in Europe. I think I got mine from Germany.

UPDATES:
(1) The following announcement has been incorporated into the description of the Mongolian Language (Writing System):

Mongolia abandons Cyrillic alphabet – LLORG – 20 March 2020
IronMike wrote:
Mongolia has announced plans to restore the use of its traditional alphabet by 2025, replacing the Cyrillic script adopted under the Soviets as it moves away from Russian influence.
(2) his list of resources was completely revised in March 2020 so as to incorporate the much-appreciated subsequent suggestions and comments by a number of forum members. During the revision, the list of categories was expanded to include grammars, dictionaries, phrasebooks, as well as other resources which did not form part of the original lists. Many thanks to the contributors!

EDITED:
Expansion of the text.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll add what I don't already have on the list in the first post. :)
