The new Duolingo podcast series

Postby mercutio » Fri Apr 12, 2019 10:53 am

Been looking at the “season 2” of the Duolingo podcast I really liked the first series but what I liked most was the podcast videos that showed the text on screen

It seems with the newer podcasts they have ditched this feature

Anyone know why? Anyone else noticed?

I have not engaged with the Spanish language podcast yet, but will in the future when I return to Spanish.

I see the change-over to which you refer, but I note that the full transcript is still set out in a static fashion, just not in a rolling fashion tied to the audio.

The Spanish stories (or at least the lower level ones I have access to) still have on-screen text accompanying the audio.
