What are some good Dutch textbooks to look for and buy? What about grammar books?

You might want to be a bit more specific. Do you mean textbooks for learning Dutch? Or school textbooks? High school? University? Here are a couple of suggestions:
Free Physics Textbook online
Gratis Studieboeken downloaden
Free downloadable textbooks on various subjects. Most on this site are in English but quite a few are in Dutch.
For grammar, the most popular online Dutch grammar is:
http://www.dutchgrammar.com/
That site is very comprehensive. On that site, you can buy a PDF e-book of the complete grammar section (385 pages) for 4.50 euro.
All the major bookstores sell good quality Dutch grammar books and coursebooks. Those by Bruce Donaldson, such as Colloquial Dutch, are popular. I have two good ones from him.
