Website with Anki decks for specific anime?

Postby Xenops » Fri Dec 15, 2023 2:41 pm

I think the site was mentioned in someone’s Japanese log, but I can’t find it. Essentially the website had either Anki decks or decks on-site that were specific for anime, and rated the difficulty of the vocab. What website was this?

My browser info was deleted, so I can't look it up on my history.

There are many decks with anime vocabulary here: https://ankiweb.net/shared/decks?search=anime

There is a big collection of Japanese anime subtitles at https://kitsunekko.net/ which could be used to make sentence decks with some coding.

Not exactly what you're looking for, but
1) some anime decks are here:

2) a list of anime sorted by difficulty is here:

You're talking about jpdb.io

Honestly I would never make a switch to anything other than anki. I would suggest you just mine using Judoujisho on android or Yomichan.

I think you may be thinking of https://jpdb.io/ which has on-site decks (can't be exported to anki afaik) for specific anime, LNs, VNs, etc.

Or alternately subs2srs decks + morphman/anki-morphs (a recent fork of morphman)

if you're using yomichan (or yomitan, since yomichan has been sunset) you can use asbplayer to enhance the cards yomitan creates with screenshots and audio (chromium browser required).

There's migaku too (paid), I guess...
