Sigh... I just spent 2 hours today doing an ODA self-test ( https://oda.dliflc.edu/ ), and everything seemed to be working as normal, until the very end when the results are submitted and you have to go to the Diagnostic Profile to retrieve your test results.
The Diagnostic Profile page won't bring up any results - not my previous tests, and not the current one. After a few seconds of "Sending request...", it just pops up an error message saying "system failed!".
I'm not sure if the error is happening just for me, or for everybody. I tried it on a few different browsers with the same error each time. I sent an email about it, but not sure how long it will take to hear back. Has anyone taken an ODA test recently, or could anyone who has an account log in and check if they can access their previous test results?

Hooray, I got a response from the ODA team and it's now resolved. They say you may have to clear the cache in your browser to see the effect, but it worked for me immediately. And very glad to see that none of my data was lost and I now have my test results.

incedently, the site did the same thing to me after my test recently. I resolved it by logging out and logging back in again, and then I read this thread.
