ChatGPT4 ought to be on the same pedestal with Deepl, could be even better in some respect.
Some random reviews and comparisons I have found:

I used DeepL for translations and found it to be much better than Google Translate. I used Grammarly because it fixed stuff that my word processor couldn’t do. These tools are all obsolete now, but they have a large user base that still doesn’t know they can do all that with a ChatGPT+ subscription. What I find fascinating is how all these services have now implemented what is obviously backend ChatGPT prompting to offer their customers “advanced new features”. To me it seems it’s just a matter of time before all these services become obsolete, when people just go to ChatGPT to do it.

ChatGPT 3.5 is better at Korean than DeepL, in my opinion. For both short tricky sentences and longer ones in context.

At least twenty times, I think I've known what something means but want to check:

Papago and DeepL often disagree and at least one is wrong (normally Papago but not always). So I go to ChatGPT as a tiebreaker.

ChatGPT always seems to be right. And when I ask for detailed analysis, it is extremely clever with translating words and short phrases in a way one of the other two (and often me) entirely miss.
