I'm planning ahead; this is not a time critical question.
Sometime in the next six months to a year, I will have completed all five levels of Pimsleur French. I find that working on improving my language skills during that half hour commute in the morning works really well for me. (The afternoon commute usually involves phone calls with my wife, etc.) Are there any recommendations for what to do when the Pimsleur French runs out? Something higher level that's approximately the same length of time?
Slow News in French would seem to me to be a decent next step, but it only comes out once a week. What could fill the other days of the week?
I suspect my fellow commuters will be concerned if I do something that's not audio based while driving.
(No, I'm not limiting my work to Pimsleur; just the time I spend driving.)

Re: French: After Pimsleur?
There is always FSI. It's helpful (probably necessary) to read over the lesson before drilling it.
At 30 min/5 days per week, it would take around a month per unit if we assume two listens per track (some do less, I've done way more) so that's about 2 years of audio for your commute.
I'd be hesitant to recommend it if this were your only, or the majority, of your French time, but you specifically said it isn't so..

But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.
