All my websites are dying (worldcat.org wasn't working, I can't access my old university interlibrary loan service, my home town library is geo-blocking now and my vpn is ... unpaid.) I hit up the UC libraries and found entries for physical copies of most of the books at Berkeley. Anyone with access there could download the Hathi files.
I'll ask a cousin in CA what he can do. The world would be better if they had cleared up the copyright mess with Google years ago.
I can get physical copies of most of the FSI books (see my blog for my bookstore hunts) but I am not going to spend any time scanning these. Mein Gott! But the tapes are going to be hard to find!!
