As it is it doesn't make any sense.
I'd add the bolded part to make it make sense.
You might be better off asking these questions on italki. There's a special section for things like this.
Also, you might want to check your spelling before you post. Your title should be: "Does the following sentence make any sense?"

It's perfectly natural spoken English, but it's a bit easier to parse if you add more punctuation:
"As for the hay: I hope that goes well. Although, if you need a hand... unless I would be in the way."
As eido pointed out, after "if you need a hand" there is an implied "I'm here" or "let me know".
