As it is it doesn't make any sense.

"As for the hay I hope that goes well although if you need a hand I'm here unless I would be in the way."

I'd add the bolded part to make it make sense.

It's perfectly natural spoken English, but it's a bit easier to parse if you add more punctuation:

"As for the hay: I hope that goes well. Although, if you need a hand... unless I would be in the way."

As eido pointed out, after "if you need a hand" there is an implied "I'm here" or "let me know".
