Feature or app to rewind podcasts

Sorry if this is the wrong section to post this but I don't want to clutter up the other sections of the forum.

I'm looking for a way of listening to a podcast with either my headphones or in my car (where I use an auxiliary cable with a button to pause/play music).

I really like listening to podcasts but would like to have the ability to hit a button and rewind the podcast for 5 seconds (or more). I hate having to take my phone out of my pocket, unlock it, in order to rewind. When I'm driving it isn't safe (or legal) to manipulate the phone while I'm driving

I once downloaded an app called "headset button controller) but I can't get it to work anymore. Does anybody know of any other apps or ways I can do this?

FYI I use Google music to listen to music and podcasts in Spanish although most of my podcasts I listen to on iVOOX

Thanks for any suggestions or ideas

It isn't exactly what you're looking for, but I still enjoy my old school iPod for my language learning with Pimsleur, podcasts, French in Action and possibly FSI materials. If you hold the back button, it will go back in seconds rather than to the last track.

This is what I use: https://www.amazon.com/Apple-MC297LL-Generation-Discontinued-Manufacturer/dp/B001F7AHOG/ref=dp_ob_title_ce

Thanks, I actually used to use the same iPod got all my language learning. I just got tired of having to connect and download new podcasts all the time. Also some of the podcasts I listen aren't available on the iTunes store for some reason.

I'll keep looking, but thanks for the advice.
