A wide choice of books, text+audio, Level A1-A2, German, French.

Hello there. Could you please give me a piece of advice where I can find abridged versions of native (non-translated) books with audio and text variant, preferably for level A1-A2, (German, French)?
It would be good, if there was something like a subscription to a wide choice of books (better modern literature: biography and autobiography prose, psychology (time-management), business (marketing), hobby (blogging, vector design and drawing), health (weight loss).)
Does anything like that exist?

For the books, the only graded readers I've seen are edited versions of classic books, Jules Verne, Dumas etc.
