Re: How can I say "Geography Teacher" in greek?
I put "teacher geography" into Google translate just to get some words in Greek spelling I could enter into Google's search machine, and lo and behold, lots of hits turned up with exactly the same proposal as GT, namely " δάσκαλος γεωγραφίας" - and from sites with .gr in the name so presumably it weren't just foreigners who had copied directly from GT (which definitely is a risk you have to consider these days). So maybe "δάσκαλος γεωγραφίας" (or "δάσκαλα γεωγραφίας") actually could a correct name for a geography teacher. But with only 1260 hits it can't be the normal name for such a person.
If you had asked me before I did the search my guess would have been that there ought to be a "της" in the middle, and "δάσκαλος της γεωγραφίας" gets 2890 hits - still not much so presumably both are wrong.

Re: How can I say "Geography Teacher" in greek?
Hi,
A teacher of Geography in a high school (or university) is called "καθηγητής Γεωγραφίας" whereas in Primary school "δάσκαλος Γεωγραφίας".
Hope it helped.

The question is: what do you mean by "greek language"? Do you mean Ancient or Modern Greek? I remember my school teachers would explain to us pupils what the names of their subjects that were derived from Ancient Greek (or at least coined with Greek morphemes by later scholars) meant.
