subs2srs/substudy deck order

I finally got substudy set up on my Mac, so I'm ready to give this thing a try Anki!

Which immediately brings up my question: do folks find it's better to go through all the cards in order first, or start with random order?

I normally go through them in order, but I don't think it makes much difference.
