If you're starting from zero something like Pimsleur combined with a phrase book and anki would probably be your best bet. If you already know some Spanish I would recommend the FSI Basic Spanish course along with a GLOSS lesson and speaking practice on Italki daily. The plus for the FSI course and GLOSS is that they're free, legally. The only thing you would need to pay for would be a tutor in Italki and they're a great value. I have a teacher that's trilingual and has a college degree in teaching languages and it costs me $5 for each 30 minute class. It's even cheaper per hour if you take longer classes but I prefer a short class everyday personally. Good luck.
