Is this sentence correct?
-自分が嫌いになったらどうすればいいの？

Also, can someone help me translate these? Kanji's fine.

-I'm trying to distract myself from daily life.
-I've been waiting here since a long time.
-I never wanted to hurt you.

Yeah, know how that goes, I'm forever at the level where I can guess, but I have little feel for what is natural sounding. I suggest, better to guess and then let everyone chime in to correct. I always find more people are around to correct an error.

I don't see a problem with your sentence. You could also write it as「自分を嫌いになったらどうしよう？」.

As for your three sentences, here's how I'd translate them.
「日常から気を紛らわせようとしている」
「ここでずっと待っていた」It might help to specify since when you've been waiting before ずっと, otherwise it might sound a little too dramatic. Unless that's what you're going for.
「あなたを傷つけたくなかった」

Maybe check with a native speaker, though. Another thing you can always do is type how you think a sentence, or parts thereof, should be written into google with quotation marks (like so and so). This should give you a good idea of whether or not your sentences are grammatically correct and idiomatic. If you get no results for a sentence, try breaking it down. If you still get no results, it's likely it's wrong or rarely said.
