Yup, I linked to a web version earlier in the thread. But it's basically an academic database, and there's also a version which is basically a giant searchable text file.
Rune stones tend to be pretty predictable: names, grave markers, with a few longer texts. But if you want to get a feel for how things were written in practice, it's definitely worth spending an hour or two figuring out Rundata, because it contains basically every publicly know runic inscription. And once you learn the indexing system, it's possible to look up images, especially if you have access to Scandinavian libraries.
