Bonsoir,
- I am an avid user and maker of Anki flashcards. I'm looking for more material like this deck: https://ankiweb.net/shared/info/498070225, which is based on a book called Sanskrit picture dictionary. It can be browsed here: http://www.vedaboys.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/Sanskrit-Picture-Dictionary.pdf. Either a similar deck or a similar book would be very useful to me.
- There are many sanskrit decks on Brainscape, but none of them has pictures.
- On a more general note, among those of you who rely on flashcards, I suppose there is a subset of image enthusiasts, who make it a point of conscience to add visual content to their notes. What are your tricks and tips to make the process of collecting relevant images more efficient?
+ I rely on Artstor (access granted by my university), stock photos databases, regular Google image searches...
+ At some point I subscribed to Midjourney, but the results were not consistent enough to make it worthwhile, I'll give it another try in a few years!
+ In case someone should wonder what's the point of illustrations, here's a more detailed post: https://forums.ankiweb.net/t/finding-im ... ckly/28986.
Cheers,
Sanskrit illustrated flashcards
