Have you ever thought of finding someone to practise your target language(s) online, i.e. on Skype if you have cold feet to approach to strangers in life?
I'm not shy, and don't worry if people turn me down. I always find any opportunity to 'show off' my languages - Guten Tag, Ciao, ko ni chi wa, Salaam... even I just knew a few words of their languages.
I made some friends with native speakers of English online, and they were very willing to help me with my English online before. One of them was very very very wonderful.
However, I prefer forums. Mostly I focus on my writing than my speaking.
