"No23 Recorder" is a digital MP3 recorder that can record all audio on your PC.
Whether you want to save the sound of PC games, online radio, videos or music from external devices, such as stereo, CD player or microphone to your hard disk, the free tool "No23 Recorder" will help you
.

There may be a problem: this software is very old and may not work with all graphics cards. Solution: just link "audio out" to "microphone in" with a normal audio cable.

You can record any text read by the voices that EDGE BROWSER offers (about 20 with different Spanish accents) or the voice in Google Translator.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

I think Audacity can be used for this too. It's free of charge, open source, and actively developed and maintained.

Yes, that's the gold standard. No23 Recorder is only 2 MB and stripped down to one purpose.
