Here is a daily list of the schedules and the TV channels covering them.
Unscrambled channels are in red.
If you want to listen to the football talk switch on an hour before the matches start.

German ZDF and ARD have all the matches: they offer two kinds of audio reporting: -Audiodescription: the movements on the pitch plus additional information, more or less the old radio commentary
-normal TV commentary

I have decided to boycott this edition of the FIFA world cup, so I won't be watching any matches...

Not a big football fan anyways, so it's not a great sacrifice neither.

RTL seem to have French language coverage.
WDR seem to have German language coverage.

The final France vs Argentina will be on this afternoon free on TF1 in Europe. They have already started their pre-match reporting.
