Hi there.
I was quite an avid learner of French, before the whole Covid situation started, but (for some unknown reason) I just stopped - i.e. I haven't really done any proper French in over two and a half of years.
I would love to try and get back on track with some fresh ideas.
One of the things that seems to be really holding me back is listening - I have come across "Learn French with Alexa" on YouTube, which has some great lessons whereby you hear a conversation and then she goes through it after. This seems to be helping quite a bit.
I have also come across EasyFrench (also on YouTube) but that seems trickier - I struggle to know how best to use this. Should I try to avoid the subtitles or not? Should I listen to the whole thing, without subtitles, first and then try again with them?
Another wasted opportunity would appear to be my daily commute to work - about 35 minutes. Can anyone recommend any Podcasts or anything similar that I might be able to put on, each morning/evening to help with my listening skills?
Any advice would gratefully appreciated.

Personally I like some of the audiobooks/podcasts available on Radio France. Like TinTin: https://www.radiofrance.fr/francecultur ... -de-tintin

Re: French resources advice
For your commute - if you can understand Inner French, it is pretty interesting and covers different topics. Some beginner-friendly stuff could be - Coffee Break French, Duolingo podcasts, Mission Paris - RFI (it's an audio story split into multiple episodes)
