all Very different
Would you please hear the recording. https://youtu.be/1vVzJ3a87pY?t=39 I hear that she is pronouncing "all Way different" while the original subtitles suggest "all Very different". Is it true that the lady's way of pronunciation suggests that "r" is dropped. Thank you.

Re: all Very different
I hear "very different". The first word starts with a v, not a w. And the r is there, believe it or not.

What if I told you she said "vrey"?

Re: all Very different
Some people have a quirk where their r is a little softer like that all the time. Listening a little further into the video, that's not the case for this lady in particular, but it's not unheard of in England. Johnathan Ross is famous for having a particularly pronounced version.
jeff_lindqvist is of course correct that even if she totally slurred away the r, for native English speakers the distinction between w and v makes it clear what is being said.
