Hello everybody,
Is there a difference between lesson content in the current version of assimil's Greek book and their older version?
If so, is the older version better?
Thanks,
Antony

Are you talking about Le Nouveau Grec Sans Peine vs simply Grec? Yes, they are different. In general, the recent editions tend to be easier: less steep learning curve but less words and content overall. For comparison, the first week of Grec will have short dialogues 4 lines long (- Hello. - Hello. How are you? - I'm good and you? - Fine) while in Le Nouveau Grec Sans Peine you'll have your normal share of full fledged dialogues 10-15 lines long starting from Lesson 4. It's hard to give general advice but I would start with Grec first and then would work with Le Nouveau Grec Sans Peine after that.
