This channel is much like Dreaming Spanish, which uses gestures, drawings, photos etc. supposedly following Krashen's suggestions. Having my doubts about banning the mother tongue with beginners, I find the material excellent for consolidating at higher levels.

There are man-made subtitles, and when coupled with Firefox's
Easysubs add-on it allows you to stop/freeze the picture for closer study by moving the mouse into Easysubs' field, klicking on a word provides the translation.
