Learning English this way?

With the complete exclusion of the mother tongue.

Loads of people take ESL/ESOL/EFL courses in English-speaking countries in this way. The class members all have different native languages, so English is the only shared language in which to explain things.

Anyway, what courses can you offer that are worth the money?

Going from 0 to B2 seems unlikely within a year. Maybe if you're studying full-time, or with a tutor who can tailor the learning to your specific needs. Not from watching some prerecorded videos.

What makes me most suspicious about the class is the idea that each level A1, A2, B1, B2 takes the same length of time. It's a logical way to structure a course, into units of equal lengths, and it's good marketing, but the CEFR levels don't really work that way, IME... Reaching B2 from B1 takes a lot more work than reaching A1 from nothing.
