What to learn after Kana?

Hi. Im learning japanese and im about to finish Kana. I want to know how to procced, what i should do: a) Grammar; b) Kanji; c) Kanji grammar; d) Vocabulary.

All of the above. Which one you focus on depends on your interests and which tools you like, but you'll have to study all of them eventually.

For kanji (and basic vocab) I'd highly recommend Wanikani.

As your native language is Spanish, you can try the videos of Kira Sensei, they are based on the Mina no Nihongo textbook.
Search for "Curso kizuna Kira sensei" in YouTube to find playlists with the videos in the right order.
There is also a website.

My suggestion is to take a week and investigate various frequently recommended courses/approaches, and then choose the one that best fits your learning style.

Text Books: Genki, Minna no nihongo
Audio Course: Pimsleur
Grammar references: Dictionary of Basic Japanese grammar, Tae Kim, Imabi
Kanji: Remembering the Kanji, Kodansha Kanji Learner's course, Wanikani
Apps: Anki, Memrise, Lingodeer
Immersion focused: Mass immersion approach, All Japanese All the time.

Most likely you will mix and match resources (for Example, pairing Genki with Remembering the Kanji and Anki). People have done it using any of the above. The one that will work for you is the one you can stick with without burning out.
