Re: opinion of this italian vocab book
Looks like you could have grabbed it for free at one point.
If it's the same all the way through then it's 2000+ words with one sentence per word. Assuming I could easily turn the sentences into flashcards, then I'd want the kindle version. These days a paper book of that sort wouldn't interest me. But that's just me ...

Frankly I think it's an awful book. I have no idea who Lingo Mastery is but it seems self-published. They capitalize words unnecessarily. They don't include the article with nouns. That's as far as I got.

Re: opinion of this italian vocab book
One thing that I don't like is that this book only presents one "version" of adjectives that in reality have several versions, depending on whether the subject is masculine, feminine, or plural.
For example, the book lists:
occupato = busy
Sei libero per pranzo? No, sono occupato fino a stasera.
This is fine if the person speaking happens to be a man, but if it's a woman, it would be:
Sei libero per pranzo? No, sono occupata fino a stasera.
And if two or more people responded, then it would be:
Sei libero per pranzo? No, siamo occupati fino a stasera.
The way this book lists these adjectives, it gives the impression that there is only one form, and you will always use that form. It would have been much better if instead they had it set up like this:
(masculine): occupato
(feminine): occupata
(plural): occupati
*with a sample sentence for each.
Also, the nouns (animal vocabulary) doesn't include the articles, and I agree with Lingua that it something that should definitely be there.
If you already have a ~B1 level of Italian and you want to improve your every day Italian, I'd suggest working with things like Podcast Italiano, Italiano Automatico, watching TV and reading articles, forums, social media posts, etc...

I'm just going to echo this advice. I didn't use this exact book before, but the tedium of trying to go through a similar book of thematized Italian vocabulary a number of years ago was enough to kill my motivation for continuing with Italian altogether.
