If you really want a work out, try this series. It's not a soap opera. It's more like Law and Order in Spanish.

It's called: Al Filo de la Ley

It's producted by RTVE.

This is sophisticated stuff, and they speak at a pretty good clip. Tons of phrases that you can pull right from the screen and use on the streets.
