The Italian > C2 blog has a photo of one for mock tests that appears to be Quaderni.

The European Bookshop stock various books both tests and prep books (search for CILS)

These books seem to be hard to find. Amazon US had some but they were ridiculously priced at $300-400. I got one from http://www.mondadoristore.itbut they don't seem to have any today so maybe I got the last one. http://www.ibs.it seems to have the C2 quaderni available today.

This site has some of the lower levels and has the higher levels listed but they aren't currently in stock though I don't know how accurate the "reprinting" status is.

You can also get practice exams here from the home of the exam:

One of the orgs in the US that offers the tests says the books are available from Export Office, Gruppo Editoriale Giunti, Via Bolognese 165 - 59139 Florence but I didn't find them on their web site so the information may be dated.

Book Depository has Traguardo CILS (test prep for the B2 level exam). It's about $30 and ships from the U.K.

I purchased several books from there in 2012-2014 or so ("il mio IBS" always made me laugh ), but at one point they started requiring an Italian credit card :|
