So I was looking at substudy, a program for Mac and Linux. I currently use Windows. I’ve been meaning to get into Linux anyways. One interesting feature is creating a webpage from audio clips, images and subtitles from a movie. Just like subs2srs. Would it be possible to convert anki cards into a webpage? It seems like a good option for me to have more context and work through the tough parts.
Is there any way to turn anki cards into a webpage?

I think emk did binaries for Windows also since it is written in Rust. You might want to look at anki-slideshow to publish to web-pages. I've never used it so can't say it if works or not.
