Can the Italian word "pagella" have a meaning different from "report card" or "school report"?

I don't know myself, but for what it may be worth, I note the following from a reader comment exchange from wordreference.com, which suggests that "pagella" might be used to indicate a rating that one may be giving a product following a review of a product: ie. "la nostra pagella" = our rating (of the product). Sort of like a school report for real world things instead of for pupils.

It can also be used to describe the ratings that might be given to participants in a sporting event. I've seen it used in Italian papers for football but I most often see it for F1 results. Here's one for a race last year. They usually start with a few general paragraphs and then dive into specifics for each (major) contestant.

I'm not sure that I've ever seen a specific term for this in English reporting (where it does occasionally happen, but not that often in my experience) but score card would fit.

It could also refer to something that's being graded that's not necessarily in school. For example, an organization might publish a "pagella" that rates the water quality of various beaches.
