Praat import textgrid

Hi
I have a big issue with the software Praat and cannot find a solution anywhere. I study prosody of French and and wrote a transcription on a wrong soudfile (the good one is the same interview but longer ). When I try to open the text grid with the new Soundfile Praat cuts the file at the length of the previous one... Is there a way to import the textgrid and view the entire length ? Thanks very much ! Eric
