Does it have to be a book? TV3 (Catalonia's tv channel) has very accurate subtitles for most of its programs. As a hard of hearing person I really appreciate it. Catalonia does a lot for its Deaf community.

You won't find that for other autonomous communities though. No subtitles for A Punt (Valencia) or IB3 (the Balearic islands).
