Apok, do you take medication for ADHD? It can be hard to get but I've found it useful.
Things I do to keep myself on track:
- Giving myself an external goal (taking an exam, visiting a country where it's spoken)
- Tracking my progress. In the old days this was just simply writing what I did today. Nowadays I use a tracking app (Lingojournal) as well as a reading tracker (Storygraph) to track my progress in textbooks/books. It's a small thing but seeing I'm 46% of the way through a book motivates me to finish it.
- "Studying" during dead moments. I have a waterproof speaker that I use to listen to podcasts in the shower. I combine audio lessons/podcasts with cleaning.
