Improving forum search

I just tried to search within a thread for "Twitter" and got this error message:

The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: twitter.
You must specify at least one word to search for. Each word must consist of at least 3 characters and must not contain more than 14 characters excluding wildcards.

Can we please fix search to remove these restrictions? I really should be able to search for "Twitter", right?

I've disabled the common word restriction and reindexed. You should be OK now.

Sorry to report that 'german' is still ignored.

Sorry, should have been clearer. I've reindexed the MySQL DB, but the full text reindexing is still going on. It should be done within an hour there is actually a lot of posts on the forum now!

Reindex is now completed and the searching for common words is now allowed.
