6 WC, Super ... etc. There are several language challenge threads - some are currently sticked in the language logs, the 6WC I started is off floating somewhere...
Should logs be only for logs and those challenges be place in ...? Or should the 6WC thread be moved and sticked?
Just asking for guidance.

Re: Location of language challenge threads
Hmm, that is a good question. I honestly think we could actually do with a smaller subforum for challenges. Rule threads, addressbooks leading to individual logs, announcements of new rounds, all that stuff.
But until (if) we get one, I think there is no better location than the logs section.

The moderators have often discussed whether we should split language logs into two forums: one for personal logs, and one for challenge threads and TAC team logs. Since we can create new forums here, should we try that as an experiment? Or would people prefer a different breakdown?

I think a separate forum for challenges is a great idea. Since the 6WC, Super Challenges, etc. are usually referenced in individual logs anyway, it shouldn't be too difficult to implement, should it?

I agree with this proposal. However, I think it is important to make it clear from the forum's title that the Language Logs forum contains the two things: logs and language challenges, as I see them as two separate things. I'm not even sure the Logs section/forum is the right place for challenge information threads, but nor can I think of an alternative, so I will just agree with the choice that has already been made on that matter.

I also second emk's proposal, separating individual logs from team logs and challenges will make things easier to find.
