PM feature

I realise a lot is going on today so this might not be high priority but I just tried to private message Meramarina on here and I got message saying I need to be a registered user. But I am. I think! :o

Yes, the software doesn't allow new registers to send PM's because of spambots. Sorry but I think I'll keep it that way after my last experiance with spambots. Glad it is working now. 8-)

Ha, just changed it because of the ambiguity of the ISO language codes (there are different ones for "bibliographic" and "terminology" use, whatever this means)

bar = Bavarian
non = Old Norse
