ANKI - How to make a spreadsheet containing audio and images (Glossika)?

I am in the process of making my Glossika German into Anki.

After all the lengthy conversion and editing, I now have 3000 picture (image#.jpg) and 6000 audio files (audio - #.mp3). The audio of English is in odd number, while the German in even number.

I plan to have in one flashcard -
Front - one picture and one English audio
Back - one German audio.
No text as it is in both as I user picture instead .

How do I make it into Excel file so it will be imported successfully in Anki?

You can't have an "Excel" file. The format must be a tab separated value file. You can learn about importing TSV files on the anki support forum here: https://ankiapp.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000051548-can-i-import-decks-from-spreadsheets-tsv-csv-

You need to have created a template card for the import and just tell anki which field maps to which field on your cards. THen you have to move the pictures and the audio into your media collection.

This is what I do:

1. Organize you spreadsheet so that each Anki note is a line and each Anki field is a column. The columns should be organized in the same order as the fields in your Anki template.

2. If you are adding more than one tag per note, put them all in the same column separated by a space. If a tag consists of more than one word, link then together using an underscore, such Harry_Potter, Glossika_sentences.

3. When you are ready to import into Anki, save a copy of your spreadsheet as a tab delimited text file.

Save as > Text (tab delimited).

Note: I find it useful to change the file name so that I don’t mix up the Excel version and the text version.

4. You now need to change the character coding of the text file to UTF-8. I use Notepad to do this.

File > Save as > Change encoding from ANSI to UTF-8

5. Import the tab delimited file into Anki using the ‘import file’ button on the main page.

Note: You will need to manual copy all of the media files into the Anki media folder.

If you export the spreadsheet as a .csv file I could write you a script to make the Anki deck.

Incidentally, I've been scouring the Internet for just such an Anki German Glossika deck, I would be so grateful if you could share that spreadsheet/edited audio!
