A language learners’ forum

Had a look at this, the thing they do on the phpBB forum is written in HTML and because they only have the one style it is the same for everyone. However, we allow people to change styles, so the overall_header.html file is different. Having said that it looks like there is an extension which may be compatible with our version.

This allows some links in the header regardless of the style. I'll check it out.
