I'd love a bookmarkable link (or a button on the site?) which always led directly to the last page of my log. Can PHPBB do that, or can one kluge together an URL that does it?
Or is it already there and I just can't find it?
Link to the latest post in my log?

Re: Link to the latest post in my log?
Two possibilities:
1. You could add "&view=unread#unread" to the end of the url, this will be like clicking the orange "unread" icon next to a thread title. So it will take you to the last page if there haven't been any new posts since you last looked. Or it will take you to the last post you haven't read if there has been a new post. For your log this would be "http://forum.language-learners.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=705&view=unread#unread"
2. You can add "&start=99999999999". 99999999999 being an unrealistically large number of posts, you will always be taken to the final page instead . "http://forum.language-learners.org/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=705&start=99999999999"
