Add a font menu for better IPA rendering

Unfortunately, Tahoma doesn't render some IPA symbols correctly. Arial renders this much better and is generally considered a web-safe font. (So does Times New Roman.)

Here's an example: Fahrvergnügen /ˈfaːɐ̯fɛɐ̯ˌɡnyːɡn̩/

It's supposed to look like this:
