I am commonly being forced to be logged out and this is automatic action.
because of its frequency,I am really bothered by this action !
I am almost sure that this should be technical problem because this action does not happen on windows as frequently as on ubuntu
I can't edit/open threads properly.

It happens to me too once or twice per week (on Windows), usually when there are two pages or more with unread topics. I open those from the last page in separate tabs, read them, and then go to the previous page and open those topics in new tabs, only to find that I've been kicked out during the past 5-10 minutes.

It happens to me also in random moments. I am always logged on my PC and my smartphone. Throughout the day, I often switch between the devices. Most of the time, there is no effect, but sometimes I end up being logged out on one of the devices.

I keep getting logged out even before I finish typing a post. Maybe something to do with my connection.

It also happens quite often to me - especially while I'm writing new stuff in the message box, and even more often if I check something (for instance on wikipedia) while writing - maybe because I then leave the box temporarily. Actually it happens so often that I write my messages in MS Word first and then copy them into the box. If I'm just reading messages then the interruptions come later, but once they have started the interval diminishes until I just loose patience and continue reading as a random guest. The problem is of course that nobody seems to know what the reason for this behaviour is or how it can be cured.

PS it actually happened right now..

i think that this was caused by one of js loop in the webpage source.
therefore,I recommend the administration to find one js editor to resolve the problem.
these days it always happens to me and it really makes me hate to write on this website.

I know a bit javascript (js) but I am not good at that now.
but I am almost sure that this caused by that.

We are due an update of the software soon. Hopefully, it will be one of the bugs fixed.

because I am unable to log in directly.

at first time ,it does not accept the password.
also,it still makes me log out automatically.

but they might still deal with the problem
