What was it about anki that you didn't like?? it's a very customizable program so I reckon there's a high chance you can change the settings or get the plugins to suit your needs.

it only works with anki unfortunately, I used to be the same way up until not that long ago and i thought it was so boring, but i gave it another chance and i started customizing things and adding a bunch of addons and i started trying out different card formats and editing the appearance of my cards and i realized how much you can do with it and now i love it

studied for 5:30 hours in total
-copied 500 sentences from glossika 2 to a spreadsheet and cut the audio files in audacity so i can make an anki deck out of them
-did anki
-watched youtube
-made like 6000 new subs2srs cards for my database deck
-listened to glossika for an hour
-did kgiu
i must've done something else since i studied for over 5 hours but i can't remember what i did lol
edit: i just remembered what i did, i studied some song lyrics. i also tried to make a lyrics file so i can put the song into subs2srs and then into anki, but the song i chose was too fast and i couldn’t time it properly, i’m gonna try again tomorrow with a slower song

Tomorrow i think i'm gonna export my subs2srs database to a new profile just for grammar,
the tags in my normal anki profile are really cluttered and i think it'd be better to have a separate
profile with a tag for every grammar point so i can easily go through them in the browser. i've also
downloaded the giant ttmik memrise course and the kgiu memrise course, so whenever i search for
a grammar point in anki, i get the explanation along with all of the sentences from my subs2srs
database deck

studied for 4 hours today
-did anki
-kgiu
-watched youtube
-watched videos in japanese with korean subtitles
-glossika
-1 iyagi episode
-made a new anki profile for grammar and started tagging grammar points
and marked the one from ttmik explaining the grammar point so i can easily find the explanation (most of the tags on the side are just leftover tags that i haven't removed yet bc i'm lazy, i'm gonna start tagging the grammar points from kgiu tomorrow and i'm gonna import the kgiu deck too since i forgot to)

I feel like I need to practice writing more because i pretty much never write, I used to use italki and hellotalk but I stopped because it felt so awkward, I’m gonna try to start writing a diary or something but I don’t really do anything so I don’t know what I would write about haha

only studied for 3 hours because i wasn't home
-did anki
-glossika
-watched vlive
-did kgiu
-organized anki grammar deck

my goal this month is to finish kgiu intermediate
I'm almost halfway through evitas vocab deck and i'm starting to get kind of tired of it since i'm doing 40 new cards per day plus all of the cards from my other decks and i just wanna finish it quickly so i can focus on my own decks haha, i'm not really using the evita deck to drill words into my head i'm mostly trying to familiarize myself with them, obviously i'm still trying to learn and remember the words but it's not like i expect to know all 5000 words once i finish it

Here is a download link to the TTMIK deck with audio, i removed most of the tags but some of them are still left (like 20, it wouldn't take that long to remove them if you wanted to) the deck has almost 5400 cards and every card had 2 tags originally and i couldn't find a way to remove them automatically so i had to do it manually lol

studied for 4 hours
-watched yg treasure box ep 3 and made anki cards
-did kgiu
-did anki
-watched youtube

I finally managed to add daum dictionary to goldendict, i've tried to do it before but it didnt work but i managed to
do it this time, now i can just select a word from the subtitles and search for it in daum without closing the video player or opening my browser, i still have the normal dictionary at the top because it's faster, but it isn't good with conjugations. i haven't been able to make it work with naver dictionary yet though.

I'm currently making vocab cards with the sentence on the back instead of having the entire sentence on the front and the english translation on the back, i copy the definition from goldendict so i dont have to open the browser to search for the word, so i can make these cards really quickly.

i organized my decks in my grammar profile like this so that i can study only certain tags with the custom study option, i think it's better to do it this way and to have the deck dissappear once you're done with it instead of having a deck for every single grammar point and having to review them every day

i'm also trying something new using the tags, when i'm studying the evita deck and i see a word that i want to see multiple sample sentences for, i select the word and right click to search for it in the anki web browser and tag all of the cards containing that word with vocab, and then i do a custom study session of that tag when i feel like it, seeing the word being used in different sentences makes it a lot easier to remember

studied for 4 hours
-did anki
-watched ep 4 of yg treasure box with kor subs and made anki cards
-did kgiu
-watched youtube
-reviewed grammar
-did some repetitive listening
-found a pdf of 500 Basic Korean Adjectives but the text wasn't copyable so i fixed it in adobe acrobat so i could copy the text and make anki cards, the text recognition isn't perfect and sometimes you end up with typos but it requires less effort to fix the typos than to write down the sample sentences and everything in anki yourself

Light Solarized theme!! I just started using it too. It's so pleasant to look at and a really well done theme. :)

studied for 3 hours
-did anki
-did kgiu, currently on page 253
-watched youtube
-watched a bit of yg treasure box diary cam #2
-read a little bit of 스위트홈
-made anki cards from the kgiu pdf with the snipping tool in windows, i already have a kgiu deck that i downloaded from memrise, but it only has very basic explanations and none of the extra information, and i've tagged all of the cards i made with each grammar point so i can easily find and review specific grammar points
