Comparing Czech and Polish:
"Na rohu zahněte doleva.
Proszę na rogu skręcić w lewo."
"Pak běžte kousek rovně.
Proszę iść kawałek prosto."
"A potom běžte sto metrů doprava.
Potem proszę iść sto metrów w prawo."
"Chci do supermarketu.
Chcę iść do supermarketu."
"Chci do pekárny.
Chcę iść do piekarni."
"Chci do pekařství koupit si housky a chléb.
Chcę iść do piekarni, (by) kupić bułki i chleb."

Polish:
There are words with consonant clusters (two, three or maybe even more in a row).
One way of familiarizing oneself with them is to think of those consonants as something that doesn't differ too much from vowels. Like two or three vowels in a row.
Still pondering upon what some other strategies would be.

This log has been merged with my multi-language learning log.
This means that if there will be some futures updates,
the place I would post them would be there, not here.
The same applies to any possible replies of others to this thread.
However, in the case of a reply to this (now inactive) log,
I do intend to post a link in this thread which points to the multi-language log's new content.
