I have been wondering the same thing and am actually going to start a Q&A thread on this to seek advice from members who have learnt German. @Cavesa has mentioned Klett's Klipp Und Klar before, but I am not sure at what level she is in her German.

I finished LL Ultimate German Advanced and found it to be an excellent course! I still do not believe that the course was created in the 2000s. It has given me the confidence to work on Linguaphone Advanced to Expert German during the summer, along with Cavesa-recommended Klett's Klipp Und Klar.
