As for as I know, KGIU is right and I went to double check in my book as well and this is what I found:

'-(으)ㄴ/는 척하다' 앞에 '알다'를 사용할 때는 현재로만 사용해야 한다. 과거로 말하면 어색한 문장이 된다.
예:
명수 씨는 항상 잘 모르면서 아는 척해요. (ㅇ)
명수 씨는 항상 잘 모르면서 안 척해요. (X)

KGIU, Anki, journal entry, daily Naver Dictionary conversation, Lingodeer: ✓ I started the last lesson of chapter 1 of KGIU Advanced. It's about -(느)ㄴ다기보다는. It's hard to get things done on the weekend, so I think I might just do one lesson per weekend from now on instead of one lesson Saturday and one lesson Sunday. Also, the KGIU Advanced book has so much new vocabulary so far. The hardest thing though is that some of the example sentences and conversations use grammar that isn't taught until later in the book, so I have to briefly look up those grammar points as well to understand the examples properly. I haven't had any trouble understanding the grammar points actually being taught in any of the lessons so far though.

Eng Subbed Videos: I started watching episode 26 of Omniscient Interfering View, and I watched a Stray Kids Vlive, episode 17 of LAN Life, and Stray Kids Dancing Dress Room.

Korean Subbed Videos: I watched Blackpink House Ep. 1-3, and I learned the verb 푸다 from it. There was the sentence "숟가락으로 퍼야 될 것 같아.", so I tried to look up "퍼다", but it was actually the irregular verb 푸다. It means to scoop or ladle something.
